If go-live is late because of us, we refund everything you paid us. On every package, no exceptions.
And up to 90 days of support, on us.
After go-live, we stay. We fix issues, answer your team’s questions and fine-tune what’s needed. At no extra cost.

The terms. Plainly.
- The go-live date is set in the contract, after the Discovery Workshop.
- The on-time guarantee applies when you deliver data and approvals by the dates agreed in the project plan.
- Any delay on your side extends the date by the same period, recorded in writing at the time.
- The refund covers everything you paid Devest. It does not cover Odoo licences paid to Odoo.
- The refund is paid within a period set in the contract.
- The price changes only through a written change request you approve before work starts.
