What decides the final price?
The number of apps, the number of companies, how much data we migrate and how much custom development you need. We show you which of these drive your quote.
Can the price go up mid-project?
No, unless you add scope. Then we send a written change request with its price, and nothing starts before you approve it.
Do you charge for Odoo licences?
No. You pay Odoo directly at its published price, with no mark-up from us.
Can we pay in stages?
Yes. 40% at kick-off, 40% when testing starts, and 20% at go-live.
What is the Discovery Workshop?
Working sessions with your team where we map your processes, set the scope and leave with a plan and a fixed price. It costs SAR 7,500, credited in full against the project.
